Capt. (Retd.) Muhammad Khurram Agha is an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) serving as Secretary, Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan and he also holds the additional charge of Chairman, National Highway Authority (NHA). 

 

He completed his Masters of Arts in History from Pakistan and obtained degree of MBA in E-Business from Australia.

 

Previously, he has served as Chief Secretary, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan; Additional Secretary, Ministry of Climate Change; Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab; Minister (Trade), Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC; PSO to Prime Minister of Pakistan; Secretary, HUD&PHE Department, Government of the Punjab; Commissioner Multan Division, Multan; Secretary, Implementation & Coordination Wing of S&GA Department, Government of the Punjab; District Coordination Officer, Multan; District Coordination Officer, Vehari; Managing Director, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, Punjab; Additional Secretary, Home Department, Government of the Punjab; Additional Secretary S&GA Department; Director, Lahore Development Authority, Punjab; Additional Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi & Jehlum and several other field assignment in Punjab & KPK.
